QES’ business model aims to act as a value-added reseller (VAR) for its clients. QES is a company that adds features of value-increasement to the product or service that its clients (usually end-users) wish to install or implement in their business(es).

QES’ values build on adding professional services to the product, such as integrating, customizing, consulting, training and implementation. QES enhances by developing a specific solution for the product specifically designed for QES customer needs. These value added processes result into an “integrated product” and a complete "turn-key" solution. In terms of a “turn-key-solution” QES takes on the entire responsibility, from designing the solution to ordering the product plus adding value,  over installing the integrated product and to finally putting it into operation at the customer’s site. This may include contractual actions throughout the complete service and handling process up to the equipment installation phase and may also include sequentual contractual actions, such as testing, training and logistical and operational support (maintenance).
